BSC Solvent Free Coating System

The solvent-free solution provided by BSC for the industrial manufacturing sector is a revolutionary new coating system. It is the first in the industry to achieve a manufacturing equipment exterior coating solution that is solvent-free, low viscosity, capable of air spraying, and DTM. This product uses a Polysiloxane resin system, is solvent-free, has 0-level adhesion, is non-flammable and non-explosive, passes a 5000-hour neutral salt spray test, has a hardness of >2H, and can be cured at room temperature or through baking. The single coat thickness ranges from 20μm to 150μm.

This product performs better than water-based paints and is more environmentally friendly than solvent-based coating.
